I am a PhD candidate studying how contextual factors modulate decision-making using computational models. Stemming from the ideas of bounded rationality and the somatic marker hypothesis, I aim to pinpoint the mechanisms that underlie the changes in how we decide when integrating external information that is not related to the decision per se. My work is inherently interdisciplinary, drawing on theory from cognitive psychology and neuroscience that I implement with computational and statistical methods. As my overarching personal and professional philosophy is rooted in curiosity, I also devote time to learn new skills, which has crystallized in side-projects and escapades.

Chess and Science
Since 2015, I teach this biannual course at Tres de Febrero National University, where I give an academic overview of chess both as a subject and as an experimental paradigm to answer more general scientific questions.
Science
In 2016, I took on the challenge of teaching science (in English) for first-year high-school students at the bilingual school Colegio Santa Teresita, where we learnt about physical, chemical and biological processes both in the classroom and at the lab.
